The Ordinance of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1289), requires investors and developers to build buildings in multi-family buildings that after February 22, 2013, make teletechnical installations in accordance with specific requirements, the ordinance also applies to existing buildings that have received permission for reconstruction. The developer is required to build cabling for telecommunications operators (entrepreneurs) and a collective installation to receive radio programs, DVB-T terrestrial television, as well as satellite from two satellites. In order to meet the requirements of the Regulation of November 22, 2012, five cables should be laid between the telecommunication housing and the contact point located at level 0 or -1 in the building:
- One RG-6 minimum coaxial cable for a collective installation of analog radio, DAB + digital radio, DVB-T digital terrestrial television, signals from two satellites, e.g. Astra 19 and Hot Bird 13.
- One RG-6 minimum coaxial cable for a telecommunications operator or to send a second satellite signal in parallel for satellite decoders in a multiroom offer or with a recorder.
- One UTP LAN cable minimum Ve for intercom, video intercom, paging (if there is security in the building).
- One UTP LAN cable with minimum Ve characteristics D for telecommunications operator.
- Single-mode fiber with two fibers (2J) terminated with SC / APC connectors.
The cabling described between TSM and PS will allow meeting the minimum requirements of the Regulation as well as transmission and access to services of various telecommunications operators (entrepreneurs) on an equal access basis, where each technology allows meeting EU requirements with a minimum transmission rate of 100 Mb / s and access for radio and terrestrial and satellite television.
